As client of Iperdesign, Smarter Agent is a real estate app. They wanted to hand out a flyer at a tradeshow to real estate agents, promoting some of the features of Smarter Agent's Premium app.

Using the colors of their logo, I wanted to lighten the feel of the flyer, compared to typical flyers, bombarded with imagery and too much copy. Instead, I used a chart and bulleted information to allow the reader to quickly scan the document, easily able to pick up the key points.
